The owner researched historical documents to get good guidelines for this smart refurbishment. The scale of this space is very inviting. The color story, gloss black trim on brick, is chic. The fenestration is superb, how exciting to see a well executed contemporary interpretation of the classic retail window scheme. The lighting is unobtrusive and appropriate.
